Job Description

We are looking for an engaged and quality-conscious customer service representative for an exciting consulting assignment starting in May. You will work on handling and resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high quality in your work. Welcome to a workplace with friendly and supportive colleagues. The assignment begins with a good and well-organized onboarding for a smooth start. If you are an independent and service-oriented person with experience in customer service and want to be part of our team, we look forward to your application. Working hours: daytime, Monday to Friday. The employment is primarily a temporary consulting position.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for professionally handling and resolving customer inquiries within the complaints area.
• Ensure that each case is treated carefully and structured.
• Communicate effectively with customers to build good relationships and provide high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills to create positive relationships with customers.
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Ability to perform tasks with high quality.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in customer service.
